The St. Kitts and Nevis Economic Citizenship programme permits purchases of property worth $250,000.00 to apply for a St. Kitts and Nevis passport. Property owners who apply for citizenship are subject to a due diligence review by the Government, Those who choose not to apply for citizenship are permitted to sell their property subsequently with this entitlement.
The passport gives right of abode with no obligation to do so and permits visa-free travel to more than 145 countries.
